Family owned and operated business, I was and raised in Duncan while Amanda was born in Nelson and grew up mostly in the Lower Mainland. Amanda and I met in 2007, with me already having a 4 year old daughter, Emma. We were a match made to last and had our daughter Payton together in 2008, and we have been happily together ever since.
Amanda has been cleaning in the valley for 14 years and another 4 years in the Lower Mainland. I have been in sales for 20 years, and working as a sales manager for a large local business for the past 13 years.
With many changes happening everywhere due to Covid, Amanda and I decided to start Natural Born Kleaners together as a team in September 2021. I was starting to see a shift in the office work and wanted to transition away from the office, while Amanda wanted to grow the business larger while looking toward retirement down the road.

Typically cleaners go out to regular cleans on there own, however there are situations when we may send 2 cleaners but we will let you know ahead of time. Move out cleans typically have 2 cleaners.
We do not clean window exteriors. We can clean any interior windows we can reach with a step ladder.
Yes, please request if you’d like walls washed or spot washed.
We do not clean exteriors of homes.
Yes, our minimum hourly rate is 2 hours.

Yes, we supply all our own cleaners and equipment. All green or non-scented cleaners available upon request. If you have any special requests for a certain cleaner or would prefer we use your cleaner please let us know.
No, we bring a vacuum and everything else needed for a clean. You don’t need to provide anything.
Yes, we are insured, bonded and registered in good standing with WCB.
